Q. #1: How did you come up with the idea for PUSH:legal?
Paull: I saw that there was a need for mobile deskbooks. There were other apps that laid out the statutes, but there were none that had case law. An experienced lawyer knows that every day he encounters situations in which he needs statutes and case law on the go. When I saw that the alternative was carrying around a heavy deskbook, I knew that there was a need for PUSH:legal.

Q. #2: Who will benefit the most from the app?
Paull: Any lawyer - whether that lawyer is a transactional attorney or a litigator. Good attorneys are always thinking about their clients' cases - not just in the boardroom or in the court room, but when they are at lunch and on the golf course. Now, with PUSH:legal, they have access to a mobile law library.

Q. #3: How will having the application prove beneficial to lawyers?
Paull: Using PUSH:legal gives me an advantage over any opposing counsel, because the app allows me to seamlessly and efficiently locate the information I need.

Paull: I think PUSH:legal will be an essential tool in every lawyer's arsenal. I have already used this application in open court and on the record. I use this app every day in my practice - not just in the court room, but also when I negotiate.
